Dear Tom:

I am writing to express my deep appreciation to Four Seasons and your team for the superb effort in completing the President’s House air conditioning conversion. This was a top priority project that took an extensive amount of coordination and cooperation. The entire team rose to the challenge with exceptional results.

Throughout the project, your team worked in challenging, and often unpleasant, conditions to meet the needs of the job. From the design and planning through the installation and the final adjustments, I could not have asked for a more talented and dedicated team. I was so impressed by the efforts that I observed throughout the course of the project.

We successfully completed a critical project within a very tight schedule. We can now provide our president with the environment needed for a meeting and social space while still being respectful of the needs of a private home. The end result is even better than I could have imagined!

Please also convey my thanks to Stuart, Richie, Chris, Pat, Tim, Mike, Dave and Ralph who were so instrumental in the success of this project. I look forward to working with all of you again!

Dear Mr. Lorenz,

The two gentlemen who worked in the St. Teresa parish center recently, to repair the frozen system did not leave a “clean up” disaster when they finished.

I appreciated the fact that the necessary disruption was orderly. They were respectful of our property and replaced large pieces that had been moved. They even remembered to unplug the coffee maker.

Emergency Boiler Repair

Dear Tom,

You have serviced our AC systems and system 2000 boiler for a number of years. In fact, your father put in the AC over 20 years ago as “Frosty”. More often than not recently Mike Jamula has done the calls and the equipment has never required ‘emergency’ work.

Last Thursday night that changed when we were hit with a power surge that fried the boiler computer. I made a call and by early Friday afternoon (the day before my daughter’s wedding). Tom, Mike was on the job surveying the damage. He went back to the shop, searched until he located a replacement board and had us up and running by 3pm. He was fairly sure there were no parts available but took the extra effort to go look, find them and fix the boiler. Then he waited to be sure there were no other hidden issues from the power surge. Also took time to confirm the AC units had not been damaged.

Outstanding service in a time when it is hard to come by and at a time for our family where more stress was not needed!

I wanted you to know about our experience and the great job Mike did for us. 20 routine years but when we really needed Four Seasons help in a tough situation he was there to deliver on your promise of great service.

Dear Sue,

I just wanted to thank you for being so accommodating, both with scheduling the furnace repair at the time that was convenient and for helping to correct the mistake in calculating repair time.

I am very happy with the repair work that Steve provided and am confident from talking with my friend Ryan and Steve that an error in work time was an honest mistake.

Ryan has been living in my house for a few years since my wife and I relocated out of state, and has been at the house for several repair calls for that furnace. He said that Steve has been the most thorough service tech of anyone yet.

He’s very hopeful that barring a board malfunction, Steve has fixed the furnace so that it will run for a long time.

Please accept my thanks for your willingness to figure out the proper arrival and departure time, and know that I will contact you in the future if I need any further repairs.

I will also be glad to recommend your company to friends and family in the area.

I want to write you and let you know how pleased my wife and I are about the installation of our oil furnace installed by Four Seasons. Right from the beginning when Ralph stopped down to take a look at my furnace to recommend what I needed for my home. I had no other company I wanted than Four Seasons to do the installation. I had no doubt the job would be completed in a professional manner. A couple of months had passed and I really decided with the help and assistance from Tom to go ahead with the installation.

The installers were very professional about the entire job, and very spotless. The job was completed in one day and we had the best hot water shower in thirty plus years that evening thanks to those three gentlemen.

I would not hesitate to recommend Four Seasons to any one for a professional job, even though I have known that for about 25 plus years of service by Four Seasons at Berkshire Community College.
